How we picked

  1. Industry fit first. We judge each CRM against the work of the industry it serves.
  2. We check every price. Vendor pricing pages are re-read monthly. Where a vendor won't publish, we show a labeled third-party estimate or “quote only.”
  3. A 3.5-star floor. A CRM must average 3.5 or better across G2, Capterra and TrustRadius.
  4. Payment never moves a pick. Referral fees and sponsorships have no effect on order or inclusion.

Considered, not included

  • Shape Software. Strong outbound dialer, but not mortgage-native and quote-only.
  • Whiteboard CRM, Usherpa, Mortgage iQ. Too little verifiable pricing and feature data to rank yet. We're reviewing them.

Questions buyers ask

How much does a mortgage CRM cost?

BNTouch is the main vendor that publishes prices: $165 a month for one user or $95 per user for teams of 2–10. Third-party estimates put Total Expert near $119, Jungo near $129 and Surefire near $150 per user per month.

What happened to Encompass CRM?

ICE is retiring the legacy Encompass CRM and moving customers to Surefire, which it acquired with Black Knight in 2023.

Which mortgage CRM is best for a loan officer working alone?

BNTouch, because it publishes month-to-month pricing and automates borrower follow-up without an implementation project.

Changelog. Oct 14, 2026: prices re-verified; Attio added; Encompass CRM retired in favor of Surefire.
