How we review and rank CRMs
The CRMrated Research Team maintains every list. Each one follows the same rules, and every price shows the date we last checked it.
Industry fit first
We judge each CRM against the work of the industry it serves: LOS sync and compliant marketing for lenders; intake, conflict checks and billing for law firms; lead routing for agents; household views for advisors; quoting and scheduling for home services. A great general CRM can still rank below a narrower tool that fits the job.
We check every price
We read each vendor's own pricing page monthly. We show the lowest starting price on annual billing where vendors offer both. When a vendor doesn't publish, we either show a third-party estimate, labeled “Estimate” with its source, or say “Quote only.” The current prices were verified Oct 14, 2026.
A 3.5-star floor
To be listed, a CRM must average at least 3.5 out of 5 across G2, Capterra and TrustRadius. Each industry list carries at least five products where five qualify.
What the quiz does
The fit quiz scores each CRM on six inputs: industry match, team size, budget against the starting price, your top priority, required integrations, and whether you need published pricing. It runs in your browser; nothing you enter is sent anywhere.
How we make money
Some links on CRMrated earn a referral fee when a reader signs up. Some vendors pay for clearly labeled sponsored placements. Payment never changes a score, a rank, a pros-and-cons list, or whether a CRM appears in a list, and we publish our rate card.
Corrections
Prices and plans change. Every list has a changelog. If you spot something out of date, tell us and we'll re-verify it.
